    JEWELL - Trevor Ullestad found himself inside the seemingly revolving door of leading scorers for the South Hamilton boys' basketball team Friday night on Coach Jim Marsh Court, and the senior guard was more than capable of filling the position. Ullestad caught fire early on, scoring 13 of his game-high 20 points in the first quarter and he led the Hawks to a convincing 65-48 Heart of Iowa Conference win over Collins-Maxwell-Baxter. Ullestad finished 8 of 14 from the field, including 4 of 9 from behind the 3-point arc; he also collected five rebounds, three steals and three assists. South Hamilton improved to 6-2 overall and 5-1 in the HOIC. The Hawks bolted out to a 17-6 lead after one quarter and CMB (6-3, 3-3 HOIC) - winners of six straight games entering the night - never applied the pressure. It was 32-19 in South Hamilton's favor at the intermission. Ross Enderson splashed in three triples and netted 13 points for the Hawks. Collin Hill added 12 and Zach Zoske came off the bench to provide nine points and six boards.
